Racial tension continues to be at an all time high in Los Angeles, California. Law enforcement is presumably to blame but there are most behind the badge who continue to go by the book no matter the skin color. Meet Quincy Epps, a LAPD Detective who's main goal is to revive his broken community by giving his culture hope in law enforcement. Quincy's loyalty is put to the test when he's asked to interrogate his closest confidant for a crime he'd never commit.
