A short journey to the world of the anarchy life in a city of Brussels. It is a story about a chansonnier who's name is Floh. She lives in one of the rough neighbourhood of Brussels, which is also a red light area. The building shelters anarchists, musicians, artists and prostitutes under one roof. Main character will generalize a group of nowadays youngsters who doesn't want to follow the direction of a mainstream concept of success, but who creates surviving formulas with a possibility to do what you really want.
