Size Does Matter
Lunch at Silicon Valley company Spearhead Communications. Johnny Ryder, BMOC and fast riser in the firm is on his lunch break. A co-worker of his in the sales department, Bill Simpson, shortly enters and comes up to the table. They are not close friends, rather acquaintances. There are employee review end of the year meetings later in the day with top management. There have been many layoffs lately. This short film is their discussion about how to succeed at work via a more unorthodox method.
