11-year old Melvin Fernandes keeps as far as possible from water. That, is an almost impossible task, considering he lives in a quaint little coastal town in Goa. Water is a recurring motif in his world. The arrival of Debby Baretto, a new girl in school, forces him to face his fears head on. A mysterious drawing book, a water-controlling superhero and an unlikely pet accompany him on a little journey of courage.
