An inconspicuous college student, Peter, finds himself leading a less-than-quiet life when he inadvertently rooms with a rambunctious ghost Ray. Ghosthunter, Katie, dredges up old secrets and new romances. Meanwhile, Ray wrestles with his 90's college glory days long dead and former girlfriends-turned-landladies. Peter just wants to go back to being invisible.
