America's Ghosts Flaunted
America's Ghosts Flaunted satirizes the current crop of cable TV paranormal reality shows, most notably Ghost Hunters. We join an inept group of would-be nerdy paranormal investigators, led by an ambitious pizza delivery guy, in their quest to land their own reality TV ghost-hunting show. Yet unlike their successful counterparts, this group finds themselves literally begging people for access to their allegedly haunted houses, which more often than not simply earns slamming doors and calls to the police. In this pilot, the group investigates a house which is clearly not haunted, yet are convinced every creak and crack is clear evidence of the paranormal.
