They told an old Manhattan Homicide Detective (Winston De Lugo, Star Trek) to turn in his badge and gun. But he had been investigating the murder of a young woman (Victoria De Mare, Killjoy series) and will not stop until he has brought her some form of justice. In his search he comes across a strange man (Douglas Dunning, Shhhh) who may have some answers.
