John, a US Marine marries Miranda who he met while stationed in Germany. John has been released from active duty for a little over a year when he receives a recall notice. Miranda who does not understand the severity of a recall gives John an ultimatum. John goes back to serve once again and when he returns he expects to find his love waiting for him with arms wide open but instead receives unwelcoming news.
