The State of Greenock is a satirical mockumentary set in Greenock in the year 2020. In 2019, Greenock was declared independent from the rest of the United Kingdom. A postman called Felix Crammond was, rather suspiciously, elected Greenock's first ever President. One year after his election, a camera crew was afforded an exclusive interview with the new President. Combining footage of his interview with 'vox-pop' soundbites from some of Greenock's citizens, The State of Greenock examines the success of Crammond's presidency and his attempts to encourage migration to the region.
