A messianic figure, known as WORD, recruits 12 struggling emcees to join him as he engages the masses in an attempt to reclaim Hip-Hop culture from the ravages of commercialized corporate demands and restore it to its original conscious art form. WORD is Inspired by the Graphic Novel by Dave Ross.
