'Who Does That?' is a web series about Lilly who stays with her boyfriend Wes, despite his less than ideal treatment of her. Each episode highlights a different behavior of his that makes her say: 'Who does that?'. The series' underlying question is 'Why does she stay with him?' Who does that?
