A couple of years ago, a few boxes with photographic plates from the 1930s, found in a flea market in Paris, on the same neighbourhood where Patrick Modiano's novel Dora Bruder takes place, leads to a story about a family also lost in time. Precisely during the 30s, those ominous years of unstable peace and rest before the Second World War comes lurking.
