The Last One is the story of, Michael 34, a broken man who tries to escape his demons in Copenhagen by seeking refuge in his parent's vacation house, in the deep south of Denmark. His plan of rehabilitation is working well until his best friend, Plesner 29, shows up unannounced. Plesner comes disguised as a helping friend, but has his very own agenda. His manipulative games and Michael's vulnerability is a dangerous combination and forces Michael to face his true demon.
