Rory, a young teenage boy battling cancer has to learn how to deal with the fact that he will not get to grow up and experience life; that he is going to die, and soon. With a tumultuous relationship between two brothers, Rory comes to accept what fate has dealt him in large part due to his growing friendship with a forgotten god, who may or may not even be real. But for Rory the God is everything.
