DOGS of WAR is a modern day Shakespearean gangster movie - based on the play, 'Julius Caesar'. Treachery bleeds throughout Londinium's underworld. Conspiring gangsters rise from the darkness and the streets yawn up their dead while the night skies rage. The mighty, yet tormented crime boss CAESAR, battles for his crown.
