Kostya and Beatrice have an argument in the middle of the night. Beatrice leaves Kostya and the baby behind. As the day goes by she reinvents herself as an architect, psychologist, actress, screenwriter. At one point Kostya loses the child. All three are on an Odyssey through Berlin one summer day.
