Keeping up with the Joneses

This i not one film, but two. The first is about women's fashions. A man is shocked to see his cook wearing a gown revealingly up above her ankles. Then his wife appear similarly garbed. What is the world coming to? To protect his eyes from such sensations, he goes out and buys a pair of blind man's glasses. The second short of the same name is about men's fashions. The man decides to buy a fashionable hat, but when he comes home, he is mocked by his wife. He undresses for bed and stow his hat under the bed. The cartoonist's hand attempts to steal the hat. Then a cat enters and successfully makes off with the hat.
