Faerie

Miles and his daughter Harper get dropped off at his former home by his caring sister Elise. He plans to return to writing and get back on his feet months after a car accident which killed his wife. While Miles' reconnects with his passion for writing, Harper is drawn into the nearby forest. There she encounters an elusive and strange creature with whom she becomes friends. Meanwhile, a Hunter prowls the forest searching for the creature jeopardizing Harper and the Creature's newfound bond. Miles' psychological pain, of which he medicates with drinking and smoking, takes his writing to darker and darker places. Meanwhile, his loving sisters phone calls go unanswered. When Harper is captured by the Hunter in the forest, and used for bait to lure out the Creature, Miles must confront his own mortality and decide how his story will end.
