In 2015, Nazaralian appeared in Amir Hossein Saghafi's arthouse feature film 'The Man Who Became a Horse' (Mardi ke Asb Shod). More recently, Mahmood Nazaralian played in the movie 'White Feather' (Pare Sefid).
