Shane Harper

​From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Shane Harper is an American actor, dancer and singer. He is best known as his role as Spencer Walsh in the Disney Channel's teen sitcom Good Luck Charlie and as a principal dancer in High School Musical 2. He has also been seen in the season 4 of Wizards of Waverly Place guest starring as "Fidel". His self-titled debut album was released on April 12, 2011.
